How can I access my PDF patterns?

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a download link to your PDF pattern. Simply click the link in the email to download and save your file to your device.

I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam or promotions folder as well. If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact me through the Contact page, and I’ll be happy to help.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because these are digital files, all sales are final. Please read the description carefully before purchasing.

What skill level do I need for your patterns?

Most patterns are advanced beginner to intermediate. Basic crochet knowledge is recommended.

Can I share or resell your pattern files?

No. All patterns are for personal use only. Redistribution or reselling of the pattern in any form is strictly prohibited.

Can I use a different type of yarn for your patterns?

Yes, absolutely! You can use any yarn type or brand you prefer. Just keep in mind that your finished plush may turn out larger or smaller depending on the yarn weight, hook size, and your personal tension. If you’re switching yarns, you may need to adjust your hook size to get the right fit and look. 

Tip: Thicker yarn = bigger plush, thinner yarn = smaller plush.
